Creative Ways to Educate Employees on Generative AI Use

Organizations need to adopt a creative approach when building policies around the legal, commercial and reputational risks raised by generative AI tools – such as with privacy, consumer protection and contractual obligations, said legal expert Anna King of Markel.

“The key thing is to start with your group of stakeholders. Who has an interest in this? And then bring that group of stakeholders together. Then, decide your common purposes. Maybe in this case, it’s: How is our organization going to use generative AI responsibly? And then, how are we going to create a framework around that so that decision-making can be done in a thoughtful way on behalf of the organization?”
